We do recommend a retainer package to ensure your hours are set to you. These are available from 10 hours per month.

- Social media engagement and growth including LinkedIn Speciality
- Box package website design to create the site or shop you want to entice your customers to
- Email marketing campaigns through mailing lists
- Designing packs literature for your businesses, such as brochures, flyers, posters and business cards featuring your logo and services

Financial and Bookkeeping Services
Keeping your finances up to date is an essential part of your business for future planning, future proofing and keeping your services up to date. As an AAT Qualified bookkeeper, I am here to help you as a trustworthy advisor, bookkeeper, and hold the distinctions of being Quickbooks, Xero and Sage qualified, along with Advanced Excel training for your financial reports, so you can keep your finger on the pulse at all times.
- Accounts reconciliation and payment allocation
- Invoice, quotation, credit note raising and distribution
- Monthly statement distribution
- Payment tracking, chasing and court procedures if required
- Budget setting and monitoring, including spend analysis and profit and loss analysis

The use of CRMs is a game changer in todays environment. An up to date CRM allows optimal contact with your clients, updated client data and presents the opportunity to reach out whenever required. I can offer up to date CRM management on a wide range of programmes and services to keep you on top of your client base.
I hold up to date ICO certification as well as AML cover through AAT, meaning your data is kept in safe hands.

Rebrand your business with a new logo and social media header. Package provides consultation, option of 5 designs, final design and social media page header

Putting the perfect website together for you and your brand. Prices start at £500 and are based around your requirements.
CRM and Platform Transfer
Transfer all your CRM data on to a new platform. With training in Hubspot, Ovatu, Notion,Zoho Workdrive, Google Workdrive and Systeme I cacn arrange the movement of all your CRM data to new platforms. Prices vary depending on database size, starting from £150. Future monthly management can be included as an added extra.
